It’s Friday! It is also another lovely day.

Make sure you spend some time outside enjoying the sunshine.  You could try doing some of your tasks outside or just have a play in the sunshine. Remember mums and dads, play is the key to building thriving brains, bodies and social bonds. Research shows play can improve children’s abilities to plan, organise, regulate emotions and help children cope with stress. So make sure you all make time to  play today!
