Good morning boys and girls. It’s another beautiful sunny day!

I am missing seeing all your smiley faces so much. All of us at St. Helen’s are so proud of you for staying at home during these times. It is hard when you miss your friends but you are keeping the country safe and this is so important at this tricky time. I hope you created some nice memories over the Easter Break and enjoyed the sunshine. I played outside with  my 3 children most days and we had picnics in the garden and built a playhouse. We also got guinea pigs a few weeks ago and my children have loved looking after them.

I hope you can get outdoors for your daily exercise. It may be a walk, a cycle or a jog. If you have a garden you may want to play outside, creating dens or making an obstacle course. It’s very important to get fresh air and keep your mind happy 🙂

I am still doing my daily P.E workouts with the bodycoach and have been doing Cosmic Yoga with my son, Gabriel, who is 6. He is really enjoying it. Maybe you could try to do this with an adult, or on your own.  It’s important to have a healthy mind. There are lots to choose from on YouTube.

**Post some pictures on Twitter if you’ve done any yoga – I’d love to see them.**

Stay safe,

Mrs McLaughlin x
