C.S.I

Morning Primary 7a,

I hope you all had a fun and relaxing weekend. I spent an hour everyday going a walk in the sunshine. I took part in a family quiz using the Zoom app and FaceTimed my sister who lives in America. What fun things did you get up to?

We have be using the Making Thinking Visible (MTV) strategies in the classroom. One that you are all familiar with is the C.S.I thinking routine. I’d love you to summarise your weekend with a colour, symbol and image in the comments below. Alternatively, you can complete the C.S.I. Word document and attach to the post if you prefer!

  • Choose a colour that you think best represents the essence of your weekend.
  • Create/select a symbol that you think best represents the essence of your weekend.
  • Sketch/upload an image that you think best represents he essence of your weekend.

CSI Word Document

To summarise my weekend I would choose the following:

Colour –

I chose yellow because the sun was shining all weekend and it’s now spring and this is the colour I associate with spring.

Symbol – 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

I chose this symbol because I got to spend lots of time catching up with my family over the phone and FaceTime.

Image –

I chose this image because I saw lots of daffodils when I was out on my walks, they are one of my favourite flowers and they remind me that spring has sprung.

Have a great day Primary 7a and remember to look out for my post with your home learning tasks tomorrow.

Stay safe,

Mrs Moore
