Good morning boys and girls 🙂

I hope you are all keeping busy during this time!

It is so important, now more than ever, to keep strong and healthy with both our bodies and minds. We need to make a big effort to stay happy and focused and the best way of doing this is to nourish our minds and bodies.

Who’s been taking part in Joe Wicks, The Bodycoach, live every morning at 9am?  I have been doing it every day and my legs are sore! It is the best way to start your day – fresh mind and happy body! Here’s today’s link if you want to try it and haven’t done it yet.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8o8wMgAT-Y

Remember – a different workout is posted each morning on Youtube at 9am. I challenge you to do it and let me know how you get on!

I will put posts up a few times a week to see how you are all getting on – we need to set different challenges to keep ourselves focused and happy during this time.

**For the rest of the week, I wonder if you can take a few minutes each day to sit and meditate and think of all the things you are thankful for ** – feel  to comment below.

I am thankful for my wonderful children and to be teaching the most amazing children in St Helen’s Primary school. Stay safe everyone – and keep washing your hands!
