Celtic Foundation Training
P7 worked with The Celtic Foundation today to further develop working as a team whilst learning football techniques. We are showing growing skill and fitness and are really enjoying our sessions.
Mindfulness Monday
Over the last few weeks Primary 7 have been learning about the importance of good mental health. They have been learning strategies to help them cope when faced with stressful times such as music, breathing techniques and relaxing colouring.
Today Miss Hynes ran her first Mindfulness Monday lunchtime club and many children attended. What a lovely atmosphere we had. Well done boys and girls you are showing such maturity and taking your own mental health seriously.

Wider Achievement
This young man was delighted to share with us the fact he had won lots of medals and silverware at his recent Irish Dancing Competition. He is our Scottish Champion!
We love hearing about wider achievement and are delighted to share this with our school community. Well done indeed!
Valentine’s Day in Room 15
This morning we used our Literacy for some non-fiction tasks. We watched a video from newfound and used the ipads to research St Valentine and what Valentine’s Day is like around the world. We had fun researching with our partners and sharing what we found when presenting them.
