Raising Awareness of Down Syndrome
P7 have been learning about Down Syndrome and how we are all unique. We have been learning how it is good to be different – there will never be another you.
Huge thanks to Jay Beattie, his dad Martin and Joe Bradley for visiting us to share Jay’s journey to help us appreciate the importance of acceptance and to value our differences.
Mindfulness Lunchtime Session
Pupils from P7 took part in some mindfulness colouring during their lunchtime this week. Prompted by the children we spent some time colouring whilst listening to relaxing music.

P1 and P2 Assembly Awards
P1-P3 Pantomime
There will be no hot meals tomorrow for P1-P3 as there is an early break for those going to the Panto. Snacks to Go will be available and should be ordered in the morning as normal. Pupils should wear Christmas jumpers/ t-shirts if they have them. The pupils who attended the same pantomime last week returned to the school around 4.15pm.
