60 of our S3 Modern Studies pupils recently took part in a trip to the Scottish Parliament as part of their Democracy topic where they were met by their Local MSP Elaine Smith.

The pupils enjoyed a tour of the parliament and had the opportunity to attend First Ministers Questions.

The trip represents the outstanding links between the school and our local MSP.

Excellent day had by all.
