The competition was open to all schools thoughout Scotland who were encouraged to send in various Geography themed photos which could range from what you get up to in Geography at school to taking a trip down the beach, to a selfie with a landmark or a walk around a loch.

12 winning schools were announced this afternoon and photos will now be issued in the GeoBus Academic calendar.

The winners from St. Andrew’s High Social Subjects department were:
• Lucy Frew (S6),
• Kerry McGlone (S3),

Well done to all the other entries from St Andrew’s High school. These pictures were simply amazing and the GeoBus department have commended our pupils on the high numbers of pictures entered and the quality of these images.
