Science report writing in P5

Today in class we were carrying out an experiment and writing up a Science report on our findings.

Our class topic is Inheritance and today we discussed inherited traits. We wrote our hypothesis and then carried out our experiment. We asked lots of different people in class to show us whether or not they had the inherited traits of a widow’s peak, an attached or unattached earlobe and whether or not they could roll their tongue. We noted our findings and this is how we recorded our data.

After doing this, we tallied up our data and then wrote our conclusion above us what we had found out and compared this to our hypothesis.

Everyone enjoyed the activities and had fun taking part. Here are some photos of the class in action!
