Our young horologists have been working enthusiastically on creating their own analogue clock faces as part of their First Level Curriculum for Excellence numeracy learning. Pupils showed great effort and concentration as they measured, positioned numbers accurately and assembled moving hands to help them practise telling the time.
This hands‑on activity supported their understanding of hours and minutes while also developing problem‑solving and fine‑motor skills. The pupils were proud of their finished clocks, and they will now use them in class to deepen their learning about time.
