Panto Week

Dear Parent/Carer,

It is panto week! (oh yes it is!)

You will note on our Christmas Countdown that we intend to show the virtual Pantomime ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ to the children this week – you can find out more about this here: https://pantoonline.co.uk/.

We would ask that you provide your child with an extra snack this week to keep in their bag (or class) so that they can enjoy when it is their turn to view the performance and we will provide them with a drink.  Please be mindful of our nut free policy.

The online streaming will be staggered across the week starting from tomorrow to ensure that our wi-fi is able to cope, but it is subject to change. If there are technical problems, then the panto will continue to be shown to classes next week too.

Room 1, Room 2, Room 3 and Room 4 will view the Pantomime on Tuesday 8th December.

Room 5, Room 6, Room 10, Room 11, Room 12 will view the Pantomime on Wednesday 9th December.

Room 14, Room 15, Room 16, Room 18 will view the Pantomime on Thursday 10th December.

Room 17, Room 19, Room 20 will view the Pantomime on Friday 11th December.

Digital School Award

We are delighted to receive a Digital School Award recognised by Education Scotland, following a successful validation visit.

Digital Schools Awards Scotland

Digital Schools Awards is a national awards scheme to promote, recognise and encourage a whole school approach to the use of digital technology in schools.

It is a testament to the hard work of our teaching staff, who have been instrumental to developing and implementing our digital learning strategies and our pupil digital leaders.

At this time, we are one of 10 schools and the second nursery class in North Lanarkshire Council to achieve this award and have recommended to be a mentor school for other establishments completing their journey towards achieving a Digital School Award.
