Our 2026/2027 Improvement Action Plan is:
Establishment Priority 1 – By June 2027, all learners will benefit from the sustained embedding of high-quality pedagogy, with leadership at all levels ensuring consistent alignment of LTA and the effective use of agreed high impact of teaching strategies to support all learners.
Establishment Priority 2 – By June 2028, learners from Nursery to P3 will benefit from an improved and consistent high-quality play‑ and enquiry based pedagogy, enabling children to lead learning through curiosity, exploration and problem-solving, thereby enhancing engagement, independence, creativity, communication and attainment.
Establishment Priority 3 – By June 2027, we will strengthen meaningful parental engagement by fostering inclusive, collaborative partnerships with families and communities. In line with QIs 2.5 and 2.7, we will develop and embed effective family learning opportunities that empower parents as active partners in their children’s learning journey, this will support all learners to achieve their full potential.
