You will appreciate that some of your suggestions are impractical for us to target at a school-level. Free food and changes to the lunch menu or breakfast club are decisions that are made at a national or local authority level.
However, there are plenty of items here we can and will consider as we move into 2020. Ideally, we would like to provide a space in school where parents can meet during the school day to tackle issues just like this. School staff could be involved, where appropriate, but visitors from local organisations could be invited in, if they were in a better position to help. In January we will send out invitations to everyone in the Parent Forum to see if we can establish an informal group to lead this change.
