P2 STEM CLUB
Our P2 pupils thoroughly enjoyed their first STEM Club. Using K’NEX, they designed and built models, developing problem-solving, teamwork and creativity skills. They explored 2D and 3D shapes, linking to CfE Maths outcomes, and used marble runs to investigate forces such as push and pull. Throughout the session, pupils demonstrated key META-skills including collaboration, communication, resilience and curiosity.
A big thank you to our fantastic P6 STEM Leaders for supporting and guiding the younger pupils so confidently. We look forward to the next session!

Global Play Day P1 and P7
Today the P7s supported their buddies while they played with the toys they brought to school. They all had fun.

P5/6 Drama Visitors
P5/6 had the pleasure of being visited by Jamie Lee and Vari from the Bellshill Cultural Centre. They taught us all sorts of drama skills and we learned how to project our voices to make them louder when performing. We also played lots of fun games. We will definitely be using all of these skills during our drama focus this term.
