P6 Braw Burns Night!

A massive well done to all P6 children for holding an excellent Burns Supper! Your hard work paid off and you all delivered your speeches, poems and songs clearly, confidently and with great expression.

If any family members have more pictures/videos, please email them into the school, we’d love to share them!

The animation was made using a cast from his own skull!

Check it out Primary 6’s, and get practising your parts for next week’s Burns Supper!

P4-7 Financial Education Workshop

Primaries 4 to 7 are taking part in financial education workshops this week. Today, we learned about when money first began to be used and identified the notes, coins and cards we use as tender in this country today. Thanks to Paula and Jamie for coming in to teach us and for giving us a money DVD each to take home!

Voices of Angels! 😊

The P4-7 Choir started rehearsing for the Auchengeich Memorial Service and learned this famous song for the first time. Can you recognise it?

The boys and girls in this leadership group are planning a Fairtrade event for parents, carers and members of the school and extended community to attend and enjoy. Some children created invitations while others baked Fairtrade banana loaves and carrot cakes which will be frozen and stored until the event!
