Senior choir members should wear their costume for all performances and not their school uniform.
As part of our celebrations for the schools 50th anniversary there will be a first level (P2-P4) and second level concert (P4/5-P7).
P2-P4 will lead the concerts on Tuesday 6 October from 1.30pm-3.00pm and 6.30pm-8.00pm
P4/5-P7 will lead the concerts on Thursday 8 October from 1.30pm-3.00pm and 6.30-8.00pm

Pupils are invited to dress down on Friday 2 October. To take part may we ask that children bring a donation for our Christmas Fair. Donations may include unwanted Christmas or birthday gifts, bath sets, tombolla items or any other item that you would be intereseted in winning. Children are not permitted to wear football clothing. Many thanks for your continued support.
Focus on Food Leadership Academy prepared carrot and coriander soup in preparation for our ‘Come Dine With Me’ parents event. We are looking forward to preparing our main course and desserts over the next few weeks.
A huge thank you to all of our parents/ carers, friends and family members that came along to support our 1st open event of the session. We very much look forward to working in partnership with you all.
We are proud to launch our class cooking challenge, Ready, Steady Cook!
Every class have been provided with potatoes and onions grown in our school garden. The challenge is to design, prepare, cook and serve a dish using the garden produce, ingredients from our dry store and a maximum of two other ingredients.
Classes will be judged on creativity, taste and presentation!

Great fun was had by all at our back to school disco. Our parent council continue to work very hard to support our school.
Well done to of our new Primary One children. All children settled very quickly and were enthusiastic about their learning and being in school. We are very proud of you!
To help celebrate a very successful year pupils, staff, parents and members of the community came together to recognise our achievements and say goodbye and good luck to P7 and Mrs McLeod. We were entertained by both our junior and senior choirs. “Midnight Sketch” who are a band from Chryston High performed two songs.
Pupils with perfect attendance were recognised with a certificate. Our school Chaplain, Mark McKeown spoke warmly to our P7’s about moving on and new beginnings.
Mrs Karen Wallace and Mrs Jackie Holmes from our Parent Council presented every P7 with a tie for high school, an autograph book, pen and a photograph from their P7 party. Thank you to the Parent Council for their continued hard work and dedication to raising money and supporting our school.
Mrs McLeod was presented with flowers from the Parent Council, a special book containing a good luck message from every child in the school and flowers from staff.
Thank you to all parents and members of our community for your continued support. We hope you have a great summer.
We are looking forward to welcoming our new Primary One’s and their Parents on Wednesday 10 June. Please make your way to the school hall for 9.30am. Miss Scott and Miss Hendry will meet you there. Lunch will be served at 11.30am.
