Christmas Jumper Day

On Friday 9th December, the children and staff from Firpark Primary School donned their Christmas jumpers in aid of Clyde 1’s Cash for Kids campaign. Everyone was asked to donate £1 to wear their festive jumpers. Our total will be added to the website in due course.

Thanks to all for participating and raising money for a very worthwhile cause.

‘Tis the Season to be Jolly!

Room 11 and 12 together with Mr Graham, Miss Coulter, Angela, Pat and Mr Cotter have been working hard learning Christmas songs, carols and poems to perform for some elderly members of our local community. Room 11 and 12 visited the Daisy Park Centre and Kerr Grieve Court. The audience were treated to a selection of wonderful Christmas songs to get them into the festive spirit at their Christmas lunch.

Here is Room 9’s assembly on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The children did so well! Mrs Quinn, Mr Cotter and Mrs Davidson would like to thank all the families for preparing the children at home too.

Cross Country @ Bellahouston Park (3.11.16)

A group of P6 and P7 pupils joined up with other schools at Bellahouston park for a cross country race. We are so proud of all the boys and girls who took part. They really did the school proud with their hard work and their excellent behaviour!

MacMillan Dance Fun Day

We had an amazing day on Thursday 13th October for the MacMillan Dance Fun Day. The children all looked fantastic and we raised a marvellous £72.50 to donate to MacMillan. Thanks to you all for your generous donations.
