Room 5 deliver kindness in Firpark!

Room 5 have been spreading happiness and kindness around Firpark this week! They have been delivering notes of kindness that pupils from all classes have filled in. Room 5 were inspired after reading ‘Katie Morag Delivers The Mail’.

Ups and Downs Theatre Group

Some of our pupils are taking part in this wonderful event, which featured during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

The Ups and Downs Theatre group are performing their show ‘Take 22’ show in the Hamilton Townhouse between 6th and the 11th March. Please see the leaflet attached for more information or visit:

Our Perfect Playground

We are delighted to announce that our new junior playground equipment has been successfully installed by Creative Play. The children had their first play on the equipment today and it was A MASSIVE HIT!

Exciting Playground Update!

We are delighted to announce that Firpark Primary’s junior playground will be getting a face-lift in the coming days. Mrs Ellis has been working closely with our friends at ‘Creative Play’ to come up with new equipment, which will become a permanent fixture within our junior yard.

The work will hopefully begin at the end of this week, weather pending.

Room 10 Trip to WonderWorld

On Monday Room 10 visited the WonderWorld soft play in Glasgow. Yvonne drove the school bus in and the class together with Mrs McGuire, Janet and Yvonne had great fun in the different areas and also had a lovely bite to eat in the café too!
