Little Owl’s Egg

This week primary 1a have been reading “Little Owl’s Egg” as part of  book bug.

Robbi “We found an egg in our class on Tuesday, there was a note from little owl. Little owl told us he found an egg and didn’t know who it belonged to, so we had to help him work it out.”

Jamie “We made some found posters so that whoever lost their egg new where to find it, we stuck them up all around the school.”

Oscar “The next day we came in from break and we saw the egg box with a letter on it.”

Arran “The letter was all broken up because it was burnt. The letter was from a dragon!”

Ruaridh “The egg hatched when we came in from break, it had flown away with his mummy and daddy dragon, all it left behind was a hatched egg!”

Primary 1a were writing letters, making posters, fixing mixed up sentences and writing some super sentences! We had lots of fun and we are looking forward to seeing what our book will be next week!
