Visits

On Monday we had a special day because we went on a visit to Chryston high school’s library.

We met a super author called Meg Mclaren.

Aarnav “We went to see an author who told us a story about a magician bunny!”

Arran “We also read a detective story, it was my favourite.”

Ruaridh “We turned a man into a rabbit by using our magic powers, he had a rabbit tail it was funny.”

Kirstyn “It was really funny because the man had a pen moustache.”

Ivy “My favourite part was reading the story about the rabbit magician.”

On Thursday we had a super morning because we got to go all the way to the church.

Eilidh “Yesterday we went to the church to sing some songs.”

Kade “We walked to the church, it was quite long.”

Logan “My partner was Ruaridh I liked walking to the church, and I loved seeing my gran and mum at the church.”

Robbi “We sang a song about conkers at the church, I liked it.”

Ruaridh “We were singing vegetables songs too.”

Your singing at the church was great, Primary 1!

  2. I can see that you’ve all settled really well into school and you are enjoying your learning. Well done and keep it up.
