All About Length

In maths we have been learning about measure. We have been learning to measure length.  We know this is finding the size of something.

When we measure length we might use words like narrow, long, short, tall, tiny, wide and lots more.

We have measured length using paper clips, playdoh, cubes, lego bricks and today we measured using our hands.

We need to remember to keep each object in a straight line, all the objects must be the same size, not to leave spaces or overlap and measure form the very start to the very end.

We have had fun learning all about length!
