PTA

Whether you can attend meetings, help at an event or simply share an idea, every little bit of support makes a difference.

Our main meetings take place termly from 6.00–7.30pm in the school staffroom, where we come together to plan fundraising activities, organise events and discuss ways to support the children and school.

Over the past year, our PTA has worked hard to bring lots of fun and extra opportunities to school life. From our World Cup Fun Day and school discos to our Christmas Fayre, we’ve helped create memorable experiences for the children. Alongside this, we’ve helped fund school excursions, supported our P7 leavers’ celebrations, provided ice poles on Sports Day and contributed towards class parties and special treats throughout the year.

What’s happening this term?
Following our Halloween Disco, we’re now busy preparing for our Christmas Fayre on Saturday 28th November. We’ve also organised a special visiting pantomime, Be Oor Guest, for all the children to enjoy on Tuesday 24th November, helping everyone get into the Christmas spirit!

We’re also delighted to have funded new books from Scotia Books, new playground resources and a boombox for the children to enjoy music and dancing.

It’s wonderful to see our fundraising making a real difference to the children’s school experience, and we look forward to continuing to provide exciting opportunities and little extras throughout the year.
