The nursery staff have listened to and observed the children during play over the past 6 weeks. There has been a lot of chat and role play about dinosaurs, firefighters and the police. Just like the morning boys and girls, the afternoon children have voted on which interest they wish to investigate further. The winner isā¦..dinosaurs!

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip came to visit Balmalloch Nursery Class on Friday to celebrate her 90th birthday. There was cake, dancing and crown making. Everyone had a fantastic time.
Primary 1 joined us in the nursery for Eco Day. The children took part in lots of exciting activities. They learntĀ about re-using, recycling, animal habitats, dances from around the worldĀ and how to grow healthy foods.
