Primary 6 have been working co-operatively to research and produce posters on each of Henry VIII’s wives. Can’t wait to see the finished product, lots of good work going on.

Welcome to Primary 7/6
Mrs Morris and Mrs Inglis would just like to say a very warm welcome to all the children in Primary 7/6. We are delighted with the way everyone has settled in so well.
To help us all respect our own and each other’s rights, everyone has contributed to the creation of our Class Charter. This is like our promise to each other about the ethos we want to have in our class. Our charter is based on articles from the UNCRC and will help us be happy, respectful and successful learners.

Ava- “I learned how to do a dolphin kick.”
Kenzie- ” I liked working with my partner in the hall.”
Steven- “It was funny that the swimming teacher had the same name as me.”
Andrew- ” Next time, I would like to play some ball games.”
Farren- “I got told I will be moving to lengths.”
Freya- “I like swimming because it’s fun!”
Christopher- “I learned how to do a routine.”
Robbie- “I liked the playtime in the pool.”
Callum- “I liked doing dolphin kicks in the water.”
Our first week in Primary 4
Our first week in Primary 4 has been great. We have all settled in well to our new classroom with our new class mates and teachers. This week we have enjoyed the weather outside by playing rounders. Some of us even managed to get some home runs which was great. In P.E we have been working on our fitness levels by taking part in circuits.
Our new topic is mapping and the photo shows what we already know. We are looking forward to building on our knowledge by learning more about mapping.
We have been reading No Gun for Asmir and enjoying reading and listening all about Asmir. We worked in our co-operative groups to decide which 10 items we would pack into our rucksacks if we had to leave quickly just like Asmir. We presented to the class as a group our rucksack and 10 items.
Our First Week in P5
We have settled in well. We have learned a lot. We have had fun. We have got right into the work. The teacher is nice and we love her. We have learned a lot together. We are helping people. We tried to build a bridge in groups. Here are some of the pictures we took during the process.
Welcome back our new P2!
