Huge thank you to Margaret from Guide Dog Scotland, who kindly took the time to visit Primary 4 today with her adorable Guide Dog puppy Amy! Primary 4 thoroughly enjoyed learning about the phenomenal work involved in training Guide Dogs and the process involved in matching them with their new owners. 🐾🐶 An excellent afternoon to complete our ‘Caring’ topic. ❤
Pupils in P4-7 enjoyed their Halloween Disco. Look at their amazing costumes. Well done to the Parent Council for organising another fantastic event!
Primary 4 had lots of fun assuming the role of North Lanarkshire Council’s ‘Meals Delivery Service’ as they learned about the importance of healthy eating and caring for the elderly. We discussed and devised a variety of nutritious 3 course meal options and enjoyed learning how to make a fruit smoothie, which tasted delicious! 🍓🍌😋
P4 had a super morning learning about invertebrates and vertebrates with Owen from Zoo Lab! The children especially loved meeting Gwen the Tarantula 🕷, Floyd the Corn Snake 🐍, Arthur the Cockroach 🦗and Margaret the Snail 🐌! 😁 Well done P4! 👏🏻
Primary 4 had a fun first day back getting to know one another better. As of next week, P.E. days are a Monday and Thursday.

Primary 4 and Primary 5 had a fantastic fun-filled afternoon today at their party! They performed a selection of Scottish country dances and played lots of party games.
