Keeping Scotland 🏴 Beautiful! I am delighted to announce that our entry ‘SEA THE DAMAGE’ won first place in the Marine Art Litter Competition, within our area. 🌊 🥇 👏🏻 The judging panel, consisting of Line of Duty star Martin Compston and Scotmid Co-operative were very impressed with our creation. This is evident from their comments below: “Beautiful artwork which depicts clearly the harmful effects of pollution to our fish.”

Primary 4 had terrific time on Tuesday at our parent open event using their shield design prototypes to create their final design. 🛡 They also enjoyed the opportunity to use the Viking alphabet to create personalised Viking necklaces. Great job P4!✅
Our ‘Marine Litter’ Art design is now well underway ! 🌊👏🏻 Our Eco team had a super crafty afternoon creating plastic model fish 🐠 to raise awareness of the damage plastic causes in our sea to marine life. The Eco and Outdoor Learning Leadership Academy are taking part in a Marine Art Litter Competition and we really need YOUR help! ‘APS Bin Brigade’ 😃👏🏻🗑 It was brought to the Eco teams attention that the pupils at our school are a little confused over what rubbish to put in the 4 different bins in our dinner hall.
