Our P6 & P7 pupils successfully completed their Bikeability 2 training. They proved what excellent cyclists they were when they took to the road to complete their training. Our Road Safety Officers were very impressed with their sensible attitude and safety awareness. Well done girls !
The children of P1/2/3 visited some of our friends and supporters to thank them personally for their generosity.
On Thursday 30th May our new primary 1 children came along for a lunch in our school dining room with parents and family. They had the opportunity to try out a sample from the lunch menu and took home a Hungry for Success pack too.
We warmly welcomed our new boys and girls to the school for their first induction visit. They enjoyed a story and activities in their new classroom and a playtime with the current P1/2/3 class.
The children delivered leaflets in our local area to publicise our forthcoming summer fayre.
The Parent Council are delighted to announce that the Morrisons bag packing raised over £275.00. Another huge thank you to all the children and parents who helped on the day. We are delighted with the total and are very grateful to all of the public who gave so generously.
The children enjoyed learning how to move freely combining their running, balancing, jumping & climbing skills.
A big thank you to all the parents and children who came along to our local Morrisons supermarket to raise funds for the school. The children and adults spent the afternoon helping shoppers pack their groceries and the public gave very generous donations. The Parent Council are looking forward to sharing the fundraising total with us all soon.
