Fun in Lewis Class
Hi well we all have been back just over a week and been keeping ourselves busy happy to see our friends and get back to work 🙂 We have been enjoying making tasty shortbread at home- economics (hope everybody at home enjoyed it) We have enjoyed PE and lots of fun in the playground with our friends in the snow 🙂 Well done DK he has been busy making sure our laundry get washed.
Healthy Ryvita traybake
Mull class kicked off their their new year home economics with a healthy ryvita traybake. SS, KR and CH stirred, poured, mixed, melted and drizzled a variety of ingredients in order to make this delicious snack. Once the traybake was finished and tasted it was decided by the head judge (Mrs Gibson) to give Mull class this weeks star baker award. Well done everyone.
Mull class out and about again!!!!
Mull class had a busy week out and about at both the Panto and up the mall doing some Christmas shopping. KR and LM hopped on the bus and headed to the shopping mall to pick up some presents for their friends. Both pupils chose great presents for their friends but we will have to wait to the Christmas party for Santa to deliver them. Then the following day all Mull class pupils travelled to the Palace theatre in Kilmarnock to watch Dick Whittington. A great time was had by all and we even picked up some acting tips we hope to put to good use in our school panto.

Last Friday pupils from Mull class travelled to the garage in Kilmarnock for some ten pin bowling action. All the pupils sent the pins flying as everyone had a great time.
Children in Need
Lewis class all joined in getting dressed up for children in need at school on Friday all making donations for Pudsey Bear. Well done!!

Alternative Means of Communication Meeting
Hello everyone!
Anne and I are looking forward to meeting you at our first Communication Hub meeting tomorrow afternoon at 1.30p.m. in the Pink Room. Tea, coffee and munchies will be provided!
Please come armed with lots of questions for us and we’ll do our best to provide you with some answers to, hopefully, help you and our wonderful children. 😊

Happy Halloween
Friday It has been another busy day wee had our Big Scottish Breakfast in the morning which Jura class and Mrs Bennet made for us plenty to choose from some of use even has 2 course 🙂 very tasty fresh fruit, cereal, croissants, pancakes and rolls on sausage!! In the afternoon wee had our Halloween party and we had fab costumes and some super dancers. We are all looking for a chill out weekend Enjoy.

Welcome
Hello everyone Lewis class and the whole school would like to welcome our new pupil KF and his family to Haysholm and hope he has enjoyed our fun filled and busy 1st week back after our break. We have had a visit from Zoo Ed Fiona read us a sensory story and met her furry friends and reptiles. We had PE outside in the cycle track and made Halloween potions in the mud kitchen.

Everyone in Lewis class would like to welcome our new pupil KF and his family to our class and school. Our 1st week back after the holidays has been a very busy one with lots of fun and excitement, we have had a visit from Zoo Ed, Room On The Broom story and friendly animals and insects which we enjoyed meeting. We have been enjoying having PE outside in the sun with the bikes and fun in the mud kitchen stirring and mixing lots of tasty potions.
