 bute class took part in big schools birdwatch for RSPB on Thursday 4th and Monday 8th no birds came out in the rain on Thursday we had better luck on Monday.

The stone we chose at the quarry has arrived.  This is to mark the school’s 40th anniversary.

I got star of the week for working hard at art at college

we had fun at the variety club party.  

We began work on a class book to show all our learning for our IDL topic: A Christmas Gift.

What a busy first term Bute class has had.

As part of the school Interdisciplinary Learning topic we have visited Irvine Burns Club Museum, Brig o’ Doon and Tam o’ Shanter Experience.

We have also been  for a visit to Hillhouse Quarry  to pick a special stone for our 40th anniversary celebrations.

Last week we spent a full day  at Ayrshire Sportsability where we took part in lots of fun activities like archery, indoor bowls, football, rugby and taekwando.

we all enjoyed  dancing and singing along with the Marymass folk singers this morning and had great fun playing the drum.
