Teacher Story

Parent Council 

Our parent council support through effective fund raising to support a wide range of activities and treats for our children.  The parent council meet monthly, a mix of online and face to face, and help shape our school priorities.  They would love for you to join them next year to be part of the wider school community.

School Nurse

Karen Watson is our associated school nurse.  She checks in with new pupils as well as offering advice to school for any health needs.  At times, Karen will support families with specific issues through a ‘Request for assistance’ referral from the school.

Active Schools

Jordan Steward is our cluster Active Schools Coordinator who helps us to keep everyone active in schools. They support us with Leadership programmes in P6, lunch time and after school clubs.

Children get free school meals up until Primary 5. When you join the school you will get details on how to log into ipay, which is an online ordering system which means we use no money in school.  Any special themed lunch days will be posted on our twitter page. Please read  over the options in the mornings with your child so they know what is on offer that day for lunch.

The school uniform consists of grey or black skirt/ trousers for girls, grey or black trousers for boys, school sweatshirt (purple) or white polo shirt, shirt or blouse and school tie. School polo shirts, sweatshirts and fleeces can be bought through My Clothing or at Uniform4All, 30 Bank Street, Irvine, KA12 0AD, 01294 277086.  All supermarkets offer a wide range of school clothes that are worn throughout the school.
