Service Improvement Plan and SQR

Our Service Improvement Plan

We have a 3 year improvement plan, which we call our Plan on a Page. This outlines the key priority areas that the educational psychology service leads on for Schools, Learning and Education and Children’s Services over 3 years i.e. from 2021-2024. Our service’s priorities contribute to local, regional and national priorities.

SEPS SIP 2021-2024

Our work this session will be captured within 2 action plans for the service: on ‘Inclusion’ and ‘Wellbeing’, where we will outline the range of activities to be undertaken. Clear outcomes are identified and each plan outlines how we will measure and evaluate the impact of our work.

Our work is also captured in Stirling Council’s Schools, Learning and Education’s Improvement Plan and in Stirling’s Children’s Services Plan. Click on the links below for further information: –

Our Standards and Quality Report (SQR)

The Standards and Quality Report outlines the work of the educational psychology service on an annual basis. For the past 2 academic sessions the service has published it’s work through Stirling’s Schools, Learning and Education’s annual Standards and Quality Report (SQR). Here is the link to the most recent Schools, Learning and Education’s SQR:

For the academic session, 2021-2022, we will move back to producing our own annual educational psychology service SQR as well as contributing to the School’s Learning and Education’s SQR and the Children’s Services annual plan. We are currently working on this and will publish it on this page once it is finalised.

The SQR will provide an overview of our key priorities, outlining what we have done and of the impact of our work. It will also outline the priorities that we are taking forward this academic session (2022-2023) based on our work within Children’s Services and the service’s journey of ongoing self-evaluation and improvement.

We hope that our SQR provides you with a helpful overview of our work.
