This was our last dance session, the lecturer filmed the class dance the whole finished routine.

We then watched the video  of  us dancing and self/peer evaluated using sheets provided. This allowed us to analyse our skills so that we can improve and develop them. ” I can respond to the experience of dance by discussing my thoughts and feelings. I can give and accept constructive comment on my own and others work”(Expressive arts – curriculum areas – learning and teaching, 2016). These sheets were good as were three stars and a which which meant they not only comment on the development needs of the dancer but they also include the good points within the dance. This will mean that it does not knock someones confidence as they can take pride in the good points.
