International Ambassadors

Hillhead Primary is a truly diverse and international community. We have around 65 different languages spoken in our school with approximately 20% of our pupils speaking more than one language. We regularly welcome in term enrolments to our school during the academic session. We strive to be an inclusive and welcoming environment where all new pupils feel included and heard. Our International Ambassadors have volunteered to support new pupils with language barriers and making sense of school life in Scotland. We’re very proud of the support and encouragement they provide. We often see new pupils later become International Ambassadors themselves!
