Danger!!!
One day I woke up to a delightful morning when the sun was rising brightly.I got up and dressed then I had breakfast when I heard a faint knock on the window,when I went through to the lounge I saw a lady with a hat and sunglasses on.I went outside and said”excuse me… who are you?”the lady replied “Your best friend of course!”we went to my sisters house and went inside. “hello!!!”we shouted but there was no reply,we went upstairs and all we could find was her phone.Somebody rushed down stairs…then suddenly it went dark…before we could switch the lights on the person had vanished!
The Aquarium
One day i went to the aquarium and there was lots of nice sea creatures like Fish,Turtles,Starfish,Jellyfish,Seals and a Dolphin.The mean ones were in the forbidden zone like Octopus,Sea lions,Sharks and the most secure one is the KILLER WHALE! The aquarium shuts at 8pm i looked through the little hole to see the killer whale but it was gone so then they had to shut the aquarium but unfortly i didn’t get out . Then suddenly it went dark i heard a noise i went to check it out but then i saw the killer whale … TO BE CONTINUED
Abandoned Mall
It was a dark night, it was midnight.Colby, Sam, Corey and Elton where standing outside a mall that had been abandoned in 1999. They walked up to the closest entrance it was a hole in the wall.It was big for all of them.When getting in the police came and said “You can’t go in there!” Elton repaired “We’ll take are chances.” They went in with there bags “We need to get to the roof,” Colby and Sam whispered.They get to the roof Elton brought the Ouija board so they played but the suddenly it went dark..They stopped playing and went home.
Tornado at disneyland Florida
I was at Disneyland I was having fun…Then suddenly it went dark because there was A TORNADO!. All the tornado sirens went off Ahhhh went everybody. Then guess who came out? Devil Mickey Mouse. Everybody was scared what shall we do I said RUN FOR OUR LIVES! Okay I ran for my live Oh No mum come on leave me said my mum.No I can t Why I never will leave you because I love you Okay lets go. Me and my friend Anne went to a big zoo. We saw lots of animals bears, monkeys, lions, apes and flamingos! The zoo was VERY VERY VERY big. The speakers said THERE IS A LION LOOS! Every one screamed as they rushed to their car. we stayed but then we noticed it was right in front of us we were so SCARED! As it came rushing toward us we RAN and RAN but the lion was faster… he ROARED AND ROARED. but he was a nice lion he did not eat us.he was a nice lion ROAR ROAR.

Blogging to Develop Literacy
A Curriculum for Excellence states that we can develop our literacy skills when we have, amongst others, the following opportunities:

I believe that blogging can be a highly engaging activity for our children to share their own texts as well as develop relationships with an audience giving/receiving feedback to/from youngsters across the globe.
I enjoy creating texts of my choice and I regularly select subject, purpose, format and resources to suit the needs of my audience. LIT 2-20a

Two Stars and a Wish
As a class, we practiced our digital literacy skills today. We prepared “two stars and a wish” feedback for three blog posts by primary school aged pupils in England. The 100 Word Challenge website has links to a plethora of blog posts written by school aged pupils. We discussed ideas with our classmates and then practiced writing feedback in our literacy jotters.
The blog posts we read were from Stanley, Jake F and Lewis H (click on the names to visit the blogs).
Next steps: Adding blog comments to the posts we read. This will help us develop our ICT skills. By commenting on the blogs of others we are “paying it forward” and I hope children and adults will come to read (and comment on) our blog posts.
