We are learning all about changes in the playroom. The children enjoyed changing structures to make the safe, the butterfly life cycle, role play at the weather station and the 4 seasons.

Exploring the NHS
In the playroom, we have been exploring the NHS-we have taken part in role play as doctors, created healthy meals, sorted food into food groups, explored the opticians, made our own glasses, measured out amounts and taken part in lots of experiments.

The Enchanted Forest
Primary 1 and 2 have enjoyed learning about The Enchanted Forest in the playroom this term! They have been learning about animals who live in the woods, the importance of trees and have listened to and recreated stories about fairy tale creatures who live in magical forests.

Primary 3/2 – Money
Primary 2 and 3/2 have been learning lots about money. We have been learning to recognise coins, order coins, count coins and add money together. We have played iPad games to practise concepts we have learned using money.
