Primary 3/2 worked together as a team to create a class charter. We looked at the Children’s Rights (UN Convention on the Rights of the Child – UNCRC) together and decided on ones that were very important to make our classroom a happy and safe place to learn.

We decided the following rights were important to us:

• We have the right to PLAY.
• We have the right to LEARN.
• We have the right to be LISTENED TO.
• We have the right to be SAFE.

Our class charter is lego themed because the Children’s Rights are the building blocks to a successful classroom!
