Magic Breakfast
Every morning pupil can get a free bagel provided by Magic Breakfast. The breakfast club nourishes our pupils and puts on a great playlist to get everyone ready for a big day of learning.
Baristas
Senior pupils gain the skills and qualifications to become a barista. Selling a range of coffees to staff daily while practicing their skills at the steamer.
School of Rugby
Pupils learn important skills by developing their rugby skills down at Scotstoun.
Car washing
Working in partnership with Mobile Car Valeting Glasgow; the Personal Devlopment classes will clean and valet staff cars while learning important life skills.
Duke of Edinburgh
S3 Wider achievement classes can complete their Bronze DofE by undertaking a new skill, physical and volunteering as well as an overnight expedition.
Young Enterprise / STARS
NPA Marketing classes will also work towards these programmes. Completeing in national competitions to showcase their business they have started and developed. In 2025 STA’s businesses won 5 awards at Young Enterprise and won STARS.
Hospitality
S5/6 Level 6 Hospitality class have been putting in a great deal of work this year into designing, building and running their own food business. They have successfully taken orders and delivered lunch for staff members in STA, managing their own finances and leading the team.
