Gathering Deposits Letter – Issued on Thursday 29th January
This letter was issued to inform pupils and families that they have successfully acquired a place on the trip with instructions on how to pay the deposit via parent pay.
Reserve List Letter– Issued on Thursday 29th January
This letter was issued to inform pupils and families that they have currently been placed on the reserve list. Pupils will be assigned a space on the final trip if and when a space arises.
Gather Interest Letter – Issued on Wednesday 14th January
This letter was issued to inform pupils and families of the up and coming trip, and to allow pupils to show an interest in attending the trip by returning the tear off slip.
Gather Interest Presentation – Shown to pupils on Wednesday 14th January
This presentation was used at the launch of the trip to inform pupils about the details of the trip and how they can get involved.
