School Uniform – Important Updates for August 2026
When you are preparing for the new school year, please take a moment to review the school’s uniform policy which has been summarised in the table below. We would particularly like to draw families’ attention to three areas:
- Indoor shoes: Crocs are not suitable as indoor shoes – children often wear them without the heel strap secured, which has resulted in accidents on stairs.
- Outdoor Learning Days: Outdoor Learning Days are not non-uniform days. While the clothing guidance for these days has been part of our uniform policy for some time, we appreciate that many families may be more familiar with recent practice. Please take a moment to review the guidance to ensure children are dressed comfortably and appropriately for outdoor learning while meeting the school’s uniform expectations.
- PE kit: There is a staged approach to PE clothing across the school, with different expectations for P1-3, P4 and P5-7. Please review the table to ensure your child has the correct kit.
Thank you for your support in helping us maintain a safe, comfortable and consistent learning environment for all children.
