Divided City & Sectarianism

Divided City is a novel based in Glasgow, written by Theresa Breslin.  The story looks at the relationship between two Glasgow boys, one protestant and one catholic and how they overcome the sectarian divide to help an asylum seeker.

The novel is a great foundation to learn about the history of sectarianism and issues around the global migrant crisis and challenges faced by asylum seekers.
