Promoting Positive Behaviour

At Broomhill Primary School, we have the highest expectations of behaviour from all of our children.

Our shared school values are very important to us. They represent the core beliefs and ideals that we share and direct our behaviour and relationships.

All children are in one of our House Teams – Beechwood, Randolph and Woodcroft. House points are given to children for demonstrating our school values. Each month, the winning house team is rewarded with a non-uniform day.

Class teachers have also developed classroom charters linked to the United Nations Rights of the Child.

Relationships between pupils and staff are built in mutual trust and respect.  Should any child require support with making positive choices, parents will be involved in this process, along with the class teacher and senior leadership team.  We are committed to all children achieving their very best.
