Hi Everyone! We have had great fun this week watching YouTube clips advising us how to build a shelter and what materials we would need to do so. We are really glad we watched these first as they helped us write our stories . After the Spring Break Mrs Woolfries is going to allow us to design and create model shelters…… we cant wait! The boys and girls in Primary 1A went on a Spring hunt. We took our learning outside to investigate the signs of Spring that we could see. We saw lots of different signs including daffodils, nests, buds and some green leaves!
I am looking forward to keeping you up to date with all the exciting Language activities Primary 1 and 2 are doing every week.
We just finished our Mile-a-thon with the 2k fun run in Springburn Park. We added it all up and worked out that we’ve run 500 miles as a class this year!! We’re a bit out of puff now! Look at our super certificates.

About the STARS Team: The STARS Team are a group of pupils helping to teach pupils/parents and staff about road safety and travelling to school. Primary 6 have been working extremenly hard, learning to create their very own zentangle patterns.
We read our favourite books in silence for charity! We really enjoyed it and our class raised £80!
We were taught by Emily Bronte for the day! She is famous for writing Wuthering Heights which we read as our class novel. We also dressed up as our favourite book characters and author’s to celebrate World Book Day.
