Get you CD’s tonight at Parents Night. Order forms are available at reception. CD’s are priced at £5. For every CD sold the school will receive £1 for school funds.
This afternoon we have our first parents evening. We are looking forward to seeing you all there. Remember if you have an appointment but can no longer make it, please give us a call at the school to let us know.

Primary 7 pupils, attending Ardentinny, are all set for their first day of exploring!!
Due to the success of our ‘Wake Up Shake Up’ programme as part of health week we will now be running sessions every Wednesday morning from 8.30 – 8.50AM starting on Wednesday the 18th of May 2016. All pupils from Primary 1 -7 are welcome to attend. Parents and carers are welcome to join us too. We are looking forward to seeing you all there.
On Thursday we held our very own whole school Zumbathon. Thank you to Miss O’Connor for planning this. We all have a fantastic time and thankfully the weather was great!
This morning Primary 7 took to the streets with their litter picking equipment and worked hard in cleaning up the leftover rubbish lying around. We were over the moon when one of the council vans stopped and the worker yelled out to tell us how great it was that we were out looking after our local area and gave us a big thumps up for our efforts!! 🙂
Yesterday morning our class participated in the Race for Life, raising money for Cancer Research at Springburn Park. It was a lovely sunny morning and we were delighted to see our family and friends who came along to support us! Our very own Rookie Rockstar CD is now available to order from our school office. CD’s are priced at £5. For every CD sold to school will receive £1 back to go towards school funds. Each CD contains 5 original Rookie Rockstar songs, sung by the children of Balornock. The CD cover was also designed by one of our pupils.
