Numeracy Home Learning Activities for P1-7 Children

These sheets provide a guide to parents of how to support their child’s development of strong number concepts:

Secure Within 10

Secure Within 20

Secure Within 100

Secure Within1000

Secure Beyond1000

As a rough rule of thumb, P1/2 children should practise within 10, 20 and in some cases 100 at home. P3/4 children should practise within 20, 100 and in some cases 1000 at home. Most P5 children should practise within 1000 and beyond at home and lots of P6/7s will benefit from these activities too. All children will benefit from practice with smaller numbers as well.
