This week the Dedicated Decimals have been learning about symmetry.  We have been trying to create our own symmetrical patterns as well.

The Marvellous Multipliers have been learning the 4 times table and skip counting in 4.  We counted the corners of squares to practise doing this.

The Flawless Fractions have also been learning about symmetry.  We have been finding the lines of symmetry in different shapes.

We have all been creating our own maths and numeracy board games in groups.

In P.E we have been learning basketball with Mr. McMillan.  We have been developing our dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebound skills.  We also played games of basketball and worked on our team skills.

In French we have been learning how to say who is in our family.

In Science we have been learning about extinction and endangered species.

In Health and Well-being we drew a portrait of ourselves and wrote words to describe ourselves (positive and/ or negative).  We then asked our friends what they thought about us and we wrote these words down too.
