Hi all,

Sorry for the delay in the blog post yesterday. It was scheduled as normal but just never posted so my apologies for this. The work scheduled on google classroom normally posts without a glitch so please check there in the absence of a blog post. Thank you.

Please find home learning in the doc below as normal 🙂

#blackouttuesday

As our Social Media outlets fill with black squares I thought it was important to share some information linked this.

Newsround includes some details here: Newsround Black Lives Matter

The Conscious Kid has also compiled a list of books which are excellent for supporting conversations about race, racism and resistance which can be accessed here: The Conscious Kid Book List

Why this is such an important issue has been captured in a video which can be accessed here:

A useful site with lots of resources to support parents when talking about race and racism can be found here:

Social Justice Resources

As always, if there’s anything at all that you are wondering about or have questions about then please do not hesitate to get in touch with me. 🙂
