Rights Respecting School- Class Charters
Recently, all classes from P2-P7 have been drawing up a ‘Class Charter’ by looking at the articles from the ‘United Nations Convention for the Rights of a Child’ and thinking about what our actions and responsibilities should be to ensure that everyone in our school enjoys these rights. Have a look at some examples, aren’t they wonderful! Take at look at our class pages to see them all!

Viking Helmets
As part of our social studies topic ‘ The Vikings’, Primary 4b decided that they wanted to make Viking helmets. Once we had all our materials, balloons, old newspaper cut into tiny pieces and wallpaper paste, we were ready to go! Mrs Dowling showed us how to apply the newspaper onto the balloons. We had lots of fun doing this messy activity and we can’t wait to paint our helmets and wear them!
Viking Beancakes
Primary 4d have been learning how to cook some Viking meals. We enjoyed making Viking porridge, mushroom soup and beancakes. Here are some photos of us making the yummy beancakes.
