Positive Mental Health

Mearns Castle High School is committed to supporting pupils in all aspects of their development and progress through school.  With this in mind, the Positive Mental Health Improvement Team have created a booklet to help young people manage periods of stress and anxiety in a healthy and effective way.

We hope you and our pupils will find this to be a helpful resource and one that supports them to feel empowered to take steps in looking after their mental health.  The booklet is aimed at helping them and us to remember the “simple stuff” that we can sometimes forget to incorporate into our daily lives, yet can have a big impact on improving how we feel.
