Last week we celebrated Burns Day.  In the morning we baked shortbread with P6A. We developed our team work, mixing, measuring and sieving skills when we were cooking.

We also wrote some poems using Scots language.  We had to use a variety of Scots  words to describe an animal.

in the afternoon we had some Irn Bru and shortbread and had a Burns drama workshop.

As part of our HWB with Miss McAuslan, we have been looking at what the body needs to stay healthy.  We used the ipads and food catalogues to research for information and with this information created our own board games to play as a class.
