P5.18 Blog 2023/24

We went to our ICT suite and We have been learning how to log on to the computer using our class user name and password.

In Maths we have been learning about tally charts and bar graphs. We did a survey about our favourite fruit and recorded the information on a tally chart.  We then used our tally charts to create a bar graph to display the information about our favourite fruits.

At music this week we were learning about Robbie Burns and singing some of his songs. Auld Lang Syne was our favourite!

We have been learning about Chinese New Year.  We read and re-enacted the story of Chinese New Year and some of us made Chinese lanterns in celebration of this special festival.

We are developing our gross motor skills during lots of fun activities at Gym.  This term we are developing our ball handling skills.

Miss Martin and all the children in Primary 1.2 wish you all a    very Merry Christmas and a healthy, happy 2020.

Dance Dance Dance!

   

The festive period is definitely on it’s way! We have been very busy this week making Hot Chocolate Rudolf’s for our Christmas Fayre on Saturday.

Our rehearsals for the Primary 1 & 2 Nativity are also in full swing!
